The Payoff … Not a Magic Pill but a Labor of Love

As a coach, I think it’s incredibly important to bring light to the failures, what ifs, and mistakes we all make as entrepreneurs.

Partly because I know that if we take the time to meditate on our failures they can be used to catalyze powerful growth. And also because I’ve had enough of the bull$%#*…the narrative that paints a false picture of success and enables us to choose ego over truth.

I tell every single one of my clients: there are no guarantees. I believe in my work 100%. I believe in the teachings 100%. I believe in YOU 100%. AND. The guarantee is something only YOU can offer. Because you’re the only one who can really do the work.

There is no magic pill for wealth or fame or success. I don’t have a magic pill, I don’t want to sell you a magic pill, and that means it’s up to you to put the work in to achieve those things.

What I can leave you with are 3 principles I know to be true.

  1. If you’re persistent, you WILL see the payoff.
  2. There is no such thing as a wasted resource–as long as you mine your experience through reflection, and put your insights into action.
  3. When you put the right people in your life and stay true to who you are as a business owner, great things will follow.

Not only can I say those things, but I can also prove them to be true as I roll out my new website.

(If you haven’t seen it yet, take a look here!)

It took me a year, $45,000, and what seemed like an ever-revolving door of professionals just for me to realize I was doing it all wrong.

What I gained out of that experience was worth far more than the money and time I initially invested in the project itself.

I resolidified my company vision.
I learned how to build a quality team of people who will support me as I work to reach my goals.
And, most importantly, I learned how to stay authentic to my brand so I can best communicate and connect with my audience–YOU!

Can you see the end results?
