A client of mine recently told me she was confused.
I told her, “No, you’re not.”
I asked her a question and she said, “I don’t know.”
I said, “You DO know. Because the truth is, any confusion in your life is a lie.”
ANY CONFUSION IN YOUR LIFE IS A LIE.
Note: I’m not saying you’re lying when you feel confused. Your feelings are your feelings, and they’re real. Honor them.
And acknowledge that the story they tell is not always the truth.
The truth is: you always know.
And if you go deeper, you’ll prove this every single time:
So next time you’re feeling confused about something, ask yourself:
What is the lie that I’m believing right now?
In my client’s case, she was believing that she wasn’t really meant to be doing big work. That her dream, her purpose, was all a fantasy in her head. She believed wholeheartedly that the people she served were capable of anything, and wanted them to know it!!! And she didn’t realize that by not believing in herself, she was transmitting the opposite message to the world.
“I believe it’s possible for everyone,” she said. “But I don’t believe it’s possible for me.”
When we live in the illusion of confusion, our old programs and belief systems hold us back in ways we can’t see or recognize. If you allow yourself to remain stuck in confusion, you’re avoiding looking at the lie. And that’s okay, that’s normal. The lie has been keeping you “safe.” Unearthing the lie will disrupt your comfy, cozy life; it will transform everything.
Are you ready for that?
If you truly want it all - the money, the big dream, the massive service to the world, the deep fulfillment of living your purpose... then hang on tight! Because it means being willing to transform everything - how we do anything is how we do everything, and when we start to do this deep work, the truth of who you are will transform everything in your life. In ways that challenge, inspire, shatter, and illuminate.
And that’s where the real fun begins.
Once you’ve discovered the lie you’re believing, simply ask yourself:
Why do you believe it?
When and where in your life did this belief emerge?
Who taught you to feel that way?
How has it affected your life up until now?
Your own personal answers will take you deeper, into new layers of your truth.
What do you really want?
Be honest. When you stand in the clarity of truth, you can see. It’s like the clouds part and your highest vision comes into view. The vision of who you are, what you want, and what you’re willing to do to make it happen.
And from here... you can create LITERALLY anything you want.
If you’re really ready for this level of transformative truth and WILD success, let’s talk.
