A year and a half ago, I was waking up every day unhappy. Waking up every day worried. Waking up every day with a sense of low-grade anxiety. It didn’t make any sense to me – I thought, wasn’t I living in my dream home, married to my dream husband, and working in my dream business…? Why was I still feeling this way?
I got curious and started to investigate that question. And at the same time, I started practicing gratitude. Finding ways of connecting to my gratitude for the simplest of moments. Gratitude for being alive.
It’s common, I know. It’s so common to feel less than all-in for our own lives. To expect suffering, pain, fear. To let that take us over, and forget to stay after our dreams. And it’s at those times that it becomes a necessary, proactive activity to CHOOSE LIFE.
In this video, I share the story of how I rediscovered my genuine gratitude for my life.
