Leaning into Inspired Responsibility

Building a business (especially right now) is, by its nature, an experimental process. It will help you enjoy it more if you can be forgiving with that process! You’ll learn from some things because they work perfectly; other things, you’ll learn from because they DON’T work.

Okay, so not every single thing you try gets calls onto your calendar or people into your programs. That doesn’t mean you have to make it wrong!

My approach sounds something like this:

I wanna figure out how to do this in a way that I love, in a way that works for me, in a way that inspires me. I’m gonna learn and get the most out of everything I experience. I’m gonna make it worth the money, the effort, the time. No. Matter. What. Happens.

The person who’s responsible, the action that’s responsible for bringing in sales calls and clients to your business is YOU and YOURS. No matter if you’re working with a great team, an awesome coach, a powerful platform. It’s always grounded in your faith, your growth mindset, your self-responsibility – and the inspired action you take from that place.

If you really stop and think about it – where can you shift even more fully into inspired responsibility?

This is not about going into blame or shame!!! It should feel clean, clear, mature, and empowering. After all, if you’re the one responsible for it… You get to make it how you want it.

P.S. If you’d love a little support around tapping into inspired responsibility (or building your dream business amid the changing tides) it’s what we’re here for! My team would be honored to hear from you
