Jesse: I’ll credit David Neagle here. He did this thing that was so helpful to me, I repeated it all the time. And I taught it all the time.
It was just basically shouting at the top of my lungs.
The clients are here! The money is here! The clients are here! The money is here! The clients are here!

Really fucking intense shouting. All throughout the day. For YEARS. And even still!
Anytime there’s a little twinge, a little wobble.
Whenever I feel in my body that I don’t know if I can do it, I return to this practice – which is all about certainty.
Thinking with certainty. Acting with certainty. It’s super simple.
THE CLIENTS ARE HERE. I choose that they are here. I believe that they are here.
THE MONEY IS HERE. I can’t see it. I want to. I choose to believe it’s here, because why would I believe anything else?
(Volume is important because the voice of the low grade naysayer in my mind is so insidious and nasty.)
You just gotta be LOUDER and MORE CERTAIN than that voice to cut through.
That’s when you’ll see it.
